After 40 years as a mental health professional, Gwen Brehm is out to make a difference in how we see mental health and how we work to improve the mental well-being of all people. As a psychotherapist she has worked with thousands of people helping them navigate the complexities of their lives and assisting them to create better mental and emotional stability.
She specializes in behavior change that impacts emotional stability and relationships and has created an impactful program in helping people establish new patterns through daily accountability and support.
